With an effort to
keep costs down for our valued patients, we have developed the
following financial options that we adhere to. If you are having
financial difficulties, we can discuss other options prior to service.
- We
offer a 5% discount for patients paying in full with cash
or check at the beginning of treatment, provided treatment totals
$200.00 or more for the day.
- We
offer a 5% discount to senior citizens.
- Insurance:
We accept
several kinds of insurance; please inquire by phone
call to see if your insurance is on our list. With all insurances
we require payment of your portion up front, in full. Please call
Jodi at (805) 925-8767.
Den-Mat employees may opt to put their portion over $200.00 on their
payroll deduction, please fill out paperwork prior to leaving the
office. Portions under $200.00 do not qualify for payroll deduction;
please check your Den-Mat employee handbook.
- Get
financial approval on-line for your dental procedures!
We
accept several dental credit cards and finance plans, including “Dental
Fee Plan” (www.dentalfeeplan.com) and “Advanced
Patient Financing” (www.advancedpatient.com)
and click on ‘apply’ for an application
on-line! You can either finance the entire amount
(or the amount they approve for you if less) or you
can finance your portion if you have insurance.
We are pleased to offer Dental Fee Plan (DFP) to our patients.
DFP is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for
dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering DFP allows us
to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
